Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Sustainable Development and Climate Change Adaptation HUB, and a source of much success for our Climate Change Non-Profit Organization. Clean Air Citizen Science
An increase of deaths related to air pollution has been noticed in the last 10 years. Lack of statistical relevant air quality measurements lead to a situation in which governments regulatory bodies and current public policies cannot ensure healthy living conditions for 350000 people.

Currently, the air quality in Ploiesti is monitored by the National Protection Agency, using a network of stationary sensors that cover a little under 7% of the city area.
Current project has three goals:
provide relevant air quality data to policy makers
increase citizens awareness about air pollution and it's effects, by including them in the data collection phase;
Assist municipality with finding the relevant solutions and their implementation.
